Divestment of significant residential portfolio in Denmark for approx. DKKbn 2

NREP NSF 1, a fund advised by NREP, has divested a significant residential portfolio to Velliv and Industriens Pension. The transaction is the largest Danish residential transaction in 2020.

The residential portfolio comprises 50,000 m² and three newly constructed properties in Copenhagen and Aarhus: Himmelbyen in Ørestad, Strandhaverne on Amager Strand and Risskov Husene in Risskov, Aarhus.

The portfolio consists of 521 residential units and a smaller number of commercial units. The residentials units are distributed by 185 units in Strandhaverne, 128 units in Himmelbyen and 208 residential units in Risskov Husene. Strandhaverne also includes 12 commercial units and a parking basement with 130 parking spaces.
