Angelo, Gordon & Co., L.P. (“Angelo Gordon”), a leading real estate investor founded in 1988 active in Europe since 2009, has divested a student housing property on Frederiksberg in Copenhagen with a total of 81 units across 2,723 m2 to Franklin Templeton (a fund managed by Franklin Templeton). The property is located on Finsensvej 84, 2000 Frederiksberg in close proximity to Flintholm station. Copenhagen Business School (CBS) has a long-term referral agreement for the property allowing them to refer both Danish and international students to the student housing units of the property.

Nordanö have acted as exclusive sell-side adviser to Angelo Gordon in the structured divestment process of the property. The buyer, Franklin Templeton, is one of the world’s largest asset managers having defined investment strategies within real estate.
