NREP and SquareMeter have entered into an agreement to jointly develop a residential area in Copenhagen’s Sydhavn comprising approximately 73,000 square meters.

Nordanö acted as financial adviser to SquareMeter in the establishment of a joint venture with NREP (part of Urban Partners) for the development of approx. 73.000 m² in the Copenhagen Southern Harbour.

The area will contain both owner-occupied and market-based rental units as well as social housing.

In the surrounding areas, an authentic environment with harbor sheds, craft businesses and boat clubs will be preserved.

The development will be constructed according to high standards of sustainability and urban environment, and hence contribute to a varied and diverse housing supply.
