Financing of Stejlepladsen development

Nordanö acted as financial adviser to Stejlepladsen (a joint venture owned by Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn and PFA) on securing a full financing package comprising plot financing and development financing as well as a frame for mortgage financing of constructed properties with Nykredit.
Constructed in three phases, the development is expected to be finalised in 2028 and comprise 885 high quality residential units and an integrated day care with a total of 71,900 m2. The development is located first line to the water in Sydhavnen surrounded by Fiskerhavnen and the lush, green area Sydhavnstippen.
The development project as well as the residential units targets a DGNB Gold certification and is located in close proximity to the recently constructed Sluseholmen Metro Station.
