HighBrook Investors have entered into a financing agreement for their Danish last-mile logistics portfolio comprising 18 assets with a total GLA of approx. 164,000 sqm. located in key Danish logistics hubs (Greater Copenhagen and Triangle Region). The financing solution consists of both senior financing and CAPEX facilities to support the business plan of HighBrook Investors including in relation to ESG enhancements.

Nordanö acted as exclusive financial adviser to HighBrook Investors in the structured financing process for the last-mile logistics portfolio to secure an optimal financing solution. The lender is KKR with capital from its insurance vehicles and accounts.
