Nordanö acted as the exclusive financial adviser to Danske Shoppingcentre (DSC) in the forward sale of 137 residential units to CapMan. The units are being developed as part of a major refurbishment of Glostrup Shoppingcenter, enhancing the area with modern residential offerings in a prime location.

The development comprises 137 contemporary residential units situated atop Glostrup Shoppingcenter, with a total gross lettable area (GLA) of 10,647 m². Residents will benefit from direct access to a diverse range of amenities, including a grocery store, a food court, and over 40 retail outlets. Additionally, the property features a private rooftop garden and convenient parking facilities located on the roof.

Strategically positioned adjacent to Glostrup S-train station and the forthcoming light rail station, the property offers seamless connectivity. Tenants will enjoy efficient transport links, with a travel time of under 20 minutes to Copenhagen’s Inner City.

Raundahl & Moesby has been appointed as the turnkey contractor, with the development set for phased delivery. The final completion is scheduled for October 2027
