Nordanö acted as financial adviser to Danica Pension on the establishment of a joint venture between Danica Pension and DSB Ejendomme, for the development of a plot to be part of Postbyen. The development area is located next to the new Danske Bank headquarter on Carsten Nieburhs Gade at Kalvebod Brygge. The development project of 26,800 m² will include residential, office, retail and parking. A unique location at the old postal office ground and development project with a focus on urban living and integration of the neighbouring offices and activities.
